Our Partnerships and Initiatives
The partnerships we build and the initiatives we launch respond to attacks on human rights, the unprecedented consequences of the climate crisis, and the rise of autocracies and illiberal ideologies that fracture the international order. We also work to reinforce multilateral cooperation, strengthen security governance, and restore accountability and justice mechanisms weakened by autocrats and illiberals. Our aim is to anticipate the consequences of these mutually reinforcing crises.
Progress & Change Partnerships works with non-profits, governmental and international institutions, and — when relevant — the private sector to design strategies, amplify voices, and identify opportunities that shape solutions in times of crisis and uncertainty.

Strategy Development of DCAF Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance

OUR INITIATIVE
Human Rights Compass
Following the (re)election of Donald Trump as President of the United States, and the acceleration of the “global realignment” it provoked, we developed this initiative to convene human rights actors, lead real-time analysis, scan the horizon, and inform policy processes to build long-term resilience for the human rights movement
Status: Launched in March 2025, initiative ongoing.
